Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
By using PayMeToJudgeYou.com, submitting a case, or purchasing a response, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
1. What You Are Buying
PayMeToJudgeYou.com provides personal opinions, commentary, perspective and general advice based solely on the information you choose to submit.
The service is intentionally direct, subjective and occasionally sarcastic. You may receive an answer you disagree with, dislike, find uncomfortable, or wish you had not asked for.
That is not a defect in the service.
2. You Are Buying an Opinion, Not Agreement
Purchasing a response does not mean you are purchasing agreement, reassurance, validation or a specific conclusion.
You asked for an outside opinion. You may get one you do not like.
3. This Is Not Professional Advice
Nothing provided through PayMeToJudgeYou.com constitutes medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, tax, employment, relationship or other regulated professional advice.
If your situation requires qualified professional assistance, you are responsible for seeking it.
4. Your Decisions Are Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for deciding what, if anything, you do with the response you receive.
Any action you take after receiving a response is your own decision. PayMeToJudgeYou.com is not responsible for consequences arising from choices you make based on, inspired by, contrary to, or completely unrelated to the response provided.
5. No Guaranteed Outcome
There is no guarantee that a response will solve your problem, improve your relationship, change another person's behaviour, make you feel better, confirm your assumptions or produce any particular result.
Sometimes the answer may simply be that you made a bad decision.
6. Information You Submit
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of anything you submit.
Do not submit information you are not entitled to share. Please avoid unnecessary identifying information about third parties, including full names, addresses, passwords, account credentials, private records or other sensitive personal information.
7. Immediate Danger and Emergencies
PayMeToJudgeYou.com is not an emergency service.
Do not use this website if you or another person is in immediate danger or requires urgent medical, psychiatric, legal or emergency assistance. Contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional instead.
8. Refusal of Service
We may refuse, cancel or discontinue a submission where reasonably necessary, including where content involves threats, emergencies, illegal activity, harassment, exploitation, abuse, fraud or matters that are clearly unsuitable for this service.
9. Delivery
Any delivery time shown on the website is an estimate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Minor delays do not automatically create a right to a refund.
10. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. The site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues or circumstances outside our control.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PayMeToJudgeYou.com and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or similar losses arising from your use of the website or service.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
12. No Waiver of Mandatory Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or removes any statutory or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.
13. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version published on this page applies from the date it is posted, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Last updated: September 2026
You are purchasing personalised time and work, not a physical product. Once work has started, refunds are generally not available.
1. All Sales Are Generally Final
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once work on your submission has begun or your personalised response has been delivered.
2. You Are Paying for the Work
Payment covers the time spent reviewing your submission, considering the situation and creating a personalised response.
Payment is not conditional on whether you agree with the conclusion.
3. A Different Opinion Is Not a Defective Service
A refund will not normally be issued because:
- You disagree with the response
- You expected a different conclusion
- The response did not validate your point of view
- You changed your mind after submitting the case
- You did not like the tone or directness of the response
- You decided afterwards that you should not have asked
- You do not follow the advice and dislike the result
- You were hoping the other person would be judged instead of you
4. When We May Issue a Refund
A refund or replacement may be considered where:
- You were charged twice for the same order
- A genuine technical failure prevented delivery
- We are unable or unwilling to fulfil your order
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law
5. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you contact us before work on your personalised response has begun, we may consider a cancellation request where reasonably possible.
Once personalised work has started, cancellation may no longer be available, except where required by applicable law.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a genuine billing problem, please contact us first so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve it.
Fraudulent, abusive or misleading payment disputes may be contested using relevant transaction, submission and delivery records.
7. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy removes any refund, cancellation, withdrawal or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
8. Refund Requests
Refund-related enquiries can be sent to: paymetojudgeyou@gmail.com
Please include the email address used for the order and enough information for us to identify the relevant transaction.
